Question about "on fire" condition
First I wanted to say thanks to everyone who have answered my questions thus far
Now I wanted to know if anyone knows... With the "on fire" condition, if I were to use Mark of Rodgort and hit them repeatedly with flare to trigger the condition, would those 3 seconds stack each time? So the duration would get longer with each hit? I've heard people argue for and against it so I was wondering if anyone here has tested something similar. Thanks again for your help! |

Basically each "On Fire" instance is handled separately, and as long as any of them are active the target is On Fire. The net effect is that the target will stay on fire under Mark of Rodgort until three seconds after the last hit of fire damage they suffer.
Peace, -CxE

The thing that I have heard, is that the "On Fire" duration just gets reset. So basically, each time the player gets hit with fire damage while hexed with Mark of Rodgort, the "On Fire" condition is simply lengthened by the default duration of Mark of Rodgort (1-3 secs...)
